I offer faith-integrated counseling for individuals and couples who want a safe space to grow emotionally and spiritually. As a Pastoral Counselor, I walk alongside clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the pressures that often come with leadership, family, and ministry. My desire is to create an environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported—without judgment.

In my work with couples, I help restore connection where communication has broken down and strengthen relationships that simply need healthier tools. We gently explore patterns of conflict, rebuild trust, and deepen both emotional and spiritual intimacy. I also guide couples who are dating or engaged and want better relationship strategies before saying “I do,” helping them develop practical skills for communication, conflict resolution, financial alignment, and shared vision.

A central part of my approach is helping couples understand the deeper needs beneath their disagreements—often a woman’s desire to feel loved and emotionally secure, and a man’s desire to feel respected and valued. When those needs are understood and honored, relationships begin to shift in powerful ways.
